Puget Sound Real Estate

Relocation to Kitsap County? You might want to reconsider!

HAHAHA!

I am kidding of course but did want to share with all of my relocation clients what is in store for them!

Again, hahaha!

This is more snow than I have seen since moving to the Puget Sound are in 1989.  I am just shocked at how much snow we received overnight!  I shoveled snow for 6 hours on Thursday, 2 hours on Friday, 4 hours on Saturday and 2 hours so far today. Yes, I am a crazy lady!

But I do live on a very steep hill in a home that was built in 1941 so there is no "drive-way" and my garage is under my home in back of my fully enclosed carport area.  Cars were smaller than and well, I have a tough time went there is sunshine getting in and out. So you can imagine how it is with snow!

Yesterday, I walked down to the NAPA auto parts store on Kitsap Way to purchase chains so that I can drive to Kent over on the other side of the water on Christmas Eve to pick up one of my boys for the Christmas Holiday.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video - and remember this is an amazing place to live and most people will refer to it as "God's Country"!

See you all soon - spring is the time for most of you! I promise it will be sunshine and 70!

I love the picture. I have taken a ton, because I do not think we will be seeing this again anytime soon. Everyone will be talking about the snow of 2008.

Jo- I loved living in Lynnwood, traveling all over Washington, the Evergreen state and the amazing Olympic rain forests. Camping is a blast in Washington. I have thought about moving back for the seasons from time to time but due to the politics there now, let's just say, I am way too conservative. :) I refused to drive in the snow!

Here we are basking in warm temps and everyone south of us is getting dumped on.  What gives?  I guess my fat jolly 'ol neighbor is preparing everyone for his arrival in a few days.  Take it easy with that snow shovel!  :)  Merry Christmas Jo.

Ginger, I am not logged at 18 and will be adding about 3 or so to that today!

Katerina, Yes our politics are wacked - I surround my self with liked mind peeps :)

Jesse, I am really giving the hubby the biz on this one! All my snow gear is up there! I am using inferior stuff here and he just laughs! hahaha! We have been married almost 5 years and has never been around when it snows. Alaska doesn't count!

Hi Jo,
The photos are lovely.  We have been on a weather roller coaster with daily highs varying as much as 40 degrees from one day to the next!  Yesterday's high was 38 and Christmas day it is predicted to be 71!

Merry Christmas, my friend.
