Gary, I do believe that if you love what you do you can be amazing! Dedication to the profession is what makes a good agent.
I think we are seeing a lot of the bad real estate agents leaving the business right now and the public is starting to recognize that not all were created equal when they go to buy or sell a home and are quickly making the change instead of sticking it out like they would have 3 years ago.
Todd, I think too many people come into the business because they think they can make a quick buck. Those of us that came into the business out of passion see things in a different light.
