There is always a deal to be had, but you need to watch for it and also you need to be ready to buy. If you hesitate and it is a real deal, it will be gone! Deals come in all packages, you never know why someone is selling. A foreclosure could be the best deal today, but tomorrow the guy wanting to sell his paid off home today to pay for a surgery maybe priced to sell today just to get that money quickly. Never limit yourself if you really want a deal, but do listen to your agent.
