There are currently 44 homes for sale in Hansville.  The Active Listings on the the market range in price between $139,900 for a double wide manufactured home on a private large lot and $1,595,000 for a 2800 sq ft home with 3 acres on the water.

PENDING PROPERTIES - HOMES IN CONTRACT

There are currently 4 homes that are in an agreed upon contract between seller and buyer.  These homes range in price between $190,900 and $$789,000.  The average price for these homes is $432,200 with an average market time of 155 days. 

SOLD LISTINGS - HOMES THAT HAVE CHANGED OWNERSHIP

During the 6 moths between August 15, 2008 and now there have been 18 homes sold and closed.  The change in property has been recorded at the county courthouse.  Of these 18 homes the average list price was $430,614 with the average sold price of $389,944 which is a 90.56% of list to sale ratio.  The average days on the market was 120.
